Guarantee

Do the work, fail the exam, get your money back.

Written out in full, including the parts that are not in your favor. A guarantee you have to squint at is not a guarantee.

In one sentence

If you finish every lesson, pass every lesson quiz, clear the mastery exam at 95 percent, then sit the NHIE within 60 days and do not pass, the course fee comes back to you.

If you bought before the course was finished

The guarantee asks you to finish every lesson, so it cannot be claimed until every lesson exists. Until then it waits, and so does your 12 months of access. The 12 months start when the course is finished. The pricing page lists the month each unfinished piece is due.

While the course is unfinished, asking is enough. Your money comes back, and nobody has to argue about whether a date slipped. If you would rather not wait, write to help@inspectorexamlab.com and say so.

You qualify if all of these are true

  1. 01You completed every lesson in the course.
  2. 02You passed every Check on Learning quiz at 80 percent or better.
  3. 03You passed the mastery exam at 95 percent or better, and you did it before your NHIE attempt. Attempt timestamps are the record.
  4. 04You sat the NHIE within 60 days of passing the mastery exam.
  5. 05You provide the official score report showing you did not pass.
  6. 06You claim within 30 days of that attempt.

What you get back

  1. 01The course fee. $295.
  2. 02Refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of an approved claim.
  3. 03One refund per person.

What you do not get back

  1. 01Your $225 NHIE examination fee. That money went to EBPHI and their test centers, not here.
  2. 02Travel, time, or any other cost of sitting the exam.
  3. 03Access to the course. A refund ends your access on the day it is issued.

The fine print, stated plainly

  1. 01Attempt logs are reviewed. Answering 100 questions in six minutes is not completing a mastery exam, and a claim built on that will be denied.
  2. 02The mastery exam has to be passed before the NHIE attempt, not after. Passing it afterward to qualify for a refund does not count.
  3. 03Sharing an account invalidates the guarantee for every person who used it.
  4. 04If the course is materially updated after your purchase, your guarantee follows the terms in force on the day you bought.

Why the bar is set at 95 percent

Because it should be nearly impossible to clear the mastery exam and then fail the real one. The NHIE pass line sits far below 95 percent on comparable material. Setting the gate that high is not a trick to avoid paying refunds. It is the margin that makes the guarantee mean something, and the reason you can walk into the test center already knowing how this ends.
